1. Book an eye test and get a copy of your prescription.
2. Choose from our stunning range of high end fashion frames, designer glasses, classical style glasses with either High Index Lenses, Varifocal Lenses, Transitions Lenses or Single Vision lenses.
3. We will deliver your new glasses direct to your door.
Providing you know your prescription you can simply pick from our range of reading glasses, prescription glasses, fashion glasses and designer glasses. Then choose whether you want plastic lenses or glass lenses and within a few clicks you’ll get cheap glasses that won’t compromise on quality, all from the comfort of your own home. It’s quick, easy and extremely cost effective.
How long will it take to get my glasses?
For the vast majority of orders we will deliver your glasses within 10 working days. However on rare occasions for some strong prescriptions or complex prescriptions, this can take a little longer.
How do I get my prescription?
It couldn’t be simpler, book an eye test at your local Optician, who is required by law to provide you with a copy of your prescription. Remember you are under no obligation to purchase your new glasses direct from them.
Alternatively you can use your existing prescription providing it is less than two years old. Give us your details and let us take care of everything else.
What are high-index lenses?
High-index lenses or Thin Lenses can transform the way you look, they are extremely thin and light compared to a conventional lenses. For example, prescription glasses with a high index lens can be up to 70% thinner than a conventional lens.
High Index lenses have a reputation for being expensive. But not with us!
Can I choose from plastic lenses or glass lenses?
Unlike other websites and high street opticians, ThinLenses.co.uk offer the complete range of High Index Lenses. Whether you want Glass Lenses or Plastic, Single Vision Lenses, Varifocal Lenses or Transitions Lenses, you can get them all from us.
How do I pay?
We accept payment from most major UK credit and debit cards, including, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo.
How secure are my personal and financial details?

Do you offer a guarantee?
All our frames and lenses come with a 12 month guarantee. This does not cover damage, wear and tear or misuse. If the glasses are faulty, we will happily replace or refund the product. And if the frames are no longer available we will instead substitute with a frame of equal or greater value, but only after consulting with you first.
How do I choose the right frame for me?

Can my new glasses be adjusted?
All our glasses are thoroughly inspected, aligned and professionally verified to your prescription prior to delivery. In some cases your glasses may need a minor adjustment after you receive them, which most high street opticians will happily carry out free of charge or for a nominal fee.
