I’m really happy with my decision to order my new glasses from ThinLenses. The frames are lovely and by selecting the 1.9 glass high index option, they look so much nicer than any of the glasses I have worn in the past. I’ve received so many compliments already! The best part of my experience is dealing with Ash, who was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He prioritized my order given the urgency of my request, reverted promptly to all my emails and answered all my questions in very thorough and helpful way. I’ve used ThinLenses consistently since my prescription became too complex for the online service I had used for years. I have a strong prescription, and now need varifocals. I have had five or six pairs of glasses and sunglasses lensed at ThinLenses now, and Ash and his team have gone above and beyond expectations every time, helping find solutions to get the prescription I need in a variety of vintage frames.

Recently, I tried using a cheaper service offered by a major high street retailer for a pair of sunglasses that weren’t for everyday use. The lenses they returned to me were incorrect and unwearable, and despite swearing they’d made them to my prescription, they were unusable. I sent them to Ash, who confirmed that the mainstream brand had made errors and cut corners. He was able, as usual, to send me a perfect set of lenses made to the same prescription.

Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. Particularly if you have complex requirements, ThinLenses are incredible. Quick turnaround, personal service, perfect product, every time.

I used another service before these guys and they sent me glasses that where broken/wrong perscription! was a right headache to sort, Found these guys gladly, my perscription is quite high so I need thin lenses, they recomended me double Aspheric Lenses after placing my order so chose them. Received the glasses today and they are top notch, they have taken care with them and are spot on as I requested.

I would use the company again, I fully recommend them if you need thin lenses.
