I called them to discuss my prescription and then called again before placing the order. Ash Mehta spoke with me both times. He is a gentleman, informative, knowledgeable and very patient. I then placed the order online using their website.
The eyeglasses arrived within about 2 weeks and I was very pleased with the results. I did need a slight frame adjustment due to my unusual situation and my local optician did this in 5 minutes or less for no fee.

Have just received my sunglasses and am extremely impressed with the quality and the incredibly quick turnaround. The level of customer service and communication was excellent. Only thing that would have made it better would be the ability to see photos of the different colours and gradients of tinted lenses available before choosing. Thinlenses were the only company to stock the glasses that I wanted, after accidentally breaking my two pairs: they couldn’t have been more helpful in informing me when the frames had arrived at their office, and requesting me to send the broken ones in. They swiftly put my existing lenses into the new frames and returned to me. From start to finish in under 7 days. Superb!
